center for the surveying industry in the country and eventually
in the Asia Pacific Region |

Latest magazines and other periodicals from
around the world such Estate Gazettes (UK), Journal of
Geodesy (Germany), Building (UK) , Gim International (Netherlands)
etc |

We have a computer software facility that
includes searching of books (softcopy). |
ii. |
We have a book that has the reference numbers
of the library books (hardcopy). |
iii. |
Computer Internet access for members. |

| Circulation |
a. |
Only Registered Members are allowed to borrow
books, Other users are not allowed |
b. |
No one will be permitted to borrow books
or any other item until is has been processed and included
in the library collection |
c. |
All books other than Reference Books (Marked
“R” on the call number) can be borrowed by
members for a period of 2 weeks. |
d. |
Journals, magazines, seminar papers, CPD
talk handouts and other periodicals are not allowed to
borrow. Photocopies can be made upon approval within the
library premises |
e. |
Members must return books to the library
immediately if they receive a notification to do so. However,
renewals can be made by informing the library staff in
writing, e-mail or phone call on or before the due date |
f. |
Members are allowed to reserve a publication
borrowed by author member. The member will be notified
when the reserved publication is available in the library |
g. |
Borrowers who lose books loaned to them
will be required to pay the cost of replacement |
h. |
Video tapes are strictly for viewing only
in the library |
